My products Conscious choices to respect the skin and the face

My journey

On this page, I share the products I use and recommend in my face yoga and skincare guidance. Not because they are “trendy” or promise quick results, but because I have tested them on my own skin — sometimes after long research… and also a few mistakes.

Over time, I understood that no product truly works in isolation. Using natural skincare does not bring much benefit if you then apply makeup filled with silicones or petrochemical derivatives: this can limit, or even cancel, the benefits of the skincare applied beforehand.

This is why I only choose:

  • 100% natural skincare genuinely rich in active ingredients
  • high-quality tools that respect the skin
  • clean makeup that does not cancel the work done on the skin

The goal is not to accumulate products, but to support the skin, preserve its balance, and avoid anything that could irritate, overload, or disrupt its natural functions.

Each product I share here has been selected for its quality and compatibility with the skin. The idea is simple: maintain a healthy, effective routine without unnecessary overload.

SKINCARE A simple, effective, and well-formulated routine

For a long time, I struggled to find products truly suited to my skin. I was often told it was dehydrated, but no cream ever felt right: some caused tightness, others left a greasy film, and my skin still felt uncomfortable.

Over time, I realized the issue was not my skin being “difficult,” but simply the choice of products.

Today, I only use 100% natural and effective skincare, with more than 70% active ingredients, and a simple four-step routine.

This routine helps preserve the skin’s natural balance and maintain proper hydration, which is essential to keep the skin supple and limit the appearance of expression lines, such as frown lines.

The 4-step routine I recommend

1. Cleanser

The Ringana Cleanser was a real discovery for me. It gently cleanses and removes makeup, even around the eyes, without causing irritation or discomfort.

2. Tonic

The Ringana Calm Tonic helps rebalance the skin after cleansing and provides an initial layer of hydration. This step prepares the skin and improves the absorption of the products applied afterward, such as serums.

3. Serum

This is a key step. Rich in active ingredients, the serum targets specific skin needs: hydration, radiance, or prevention of expression lines, especially on the forehead or frown lines.

4. Cream

The cream nourishes the skin, protects it, and maintains comfort throughout the day.

Why I chose Ringana skincare

I discovered Ringana after an allergic reaction that led me to closely examine the ingredients in my products.

What convinced me:

  • fresh formulas highly concentrated in active ingredients

  • a long-term skin-respecting approach

  • skincare that truly improves skin quality, not just its immediate appearance

For those who want to explore the products in more detail, you can access the full range through my dedicated Ringana website.

Not sure which products are right for your skin?

During the free consultation, we review your face, your skin, and your current routine. We also observe areas of tension in the face that may accentuate certain wrinkles, such as frown lines, to better understand how to act effectively.

TOOLS When quality makes all the difference

Tools are only effective if they are well designed and made with materials that respect the skin.

Before finding the ones I use today, I tested several brands. Some caused redness, breakouts, or irritation, even though my skin is not particularly sensitive.

Others were simply ineffective: too rigid, poorly adapted, or unable to properly adhere to the skin.

Face taping

Face taping uses kinesiology tape to support and stimulate certain areas of the face. It helps release muscle tension and can gradually smooth facial features.

I tested several brands before finding tapes truly adapted to the face.

The Face Tape I use is made in Japan, using elastic cotton with a hypoallergenic latex-free adhesive, designed to remain comfortable even on sensitive areas.

Unlike generic tapes, it adheres well to the skin and stays in place, allowing better effectiveness, especially for supporting areas where tension contributes to wrinkles such as frown lines.

Note: not all tapes — especially colorful or decorative ones often seen online — are suitable for the delicate skin of the face and may cause irritation or discomfort.

Face cupping (ventouses visage)

Face cupping uses gentle suction to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, relax muscles, and oxygenate the skin.

I tested several cups before finding the ones that truly suit me.

The tool I use is specifically designed for the face, made with high-quality silicone, non-toxic and free from BPA, latex, lead, and phthalates.

Unlike basic cups that are often too rigid or poorly calibrated, they adhere comfortably and allow precise massage.

Different sizes are available:

  • larger ones for cheeks, forehead, and neck

  • smaller ones for delicate areas such as the eye contour

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese tool used to stimulate circulation, release tension, and improve skin texture.

I use a classic green stone Gua Sha, effective for working on certain areas of the face.

Note: it is not recommended for very delicate areas, such as between the eyebrows, where the skin is thinner — precisely where frown lines are located.

For this reason, I often alternate between Gua Sha and Face Cupping depending on the area and specific needs.

Want to reduce your wrinkles naturally?

Some wrinkles are not only related to age. They can also result from tension stored in the facial muscles and fascia.

This is particularly true for frown lines, often linked to repeated contraction of the muscles between the eyebrows.

By learning to release these tensions and work on the appropriate areas, it is possible to reduce certain wrinkles naturally and sustainably.

MAKE-UP Staying consistent with skin you care for

After reviewing my skincare, I realized that makeup deserved the same level of attention.

Applying natural skincare and then covering the skin with occlusive or harsh products no longer made sense.

Today, I choose brands that offer natural and skin-respecting formulas.

It is important to note that there is no completely “natural” makeup in the same way as skincare. To achieve color and coverage, even the cleanest brands use mineral pigments such as titanium dioxide or iron oxides.

Even though these pigments are naturally derived, their processing or concentration can impact the skin, especially when used in nanoparticle form.

This is why I prioritize brands that use safe and non-toxic ingredients, while avoiding:

  • silicones

  • petrochemical derivatives

  • synthetic pigments

  • potentially irritating ingredients

The brands I use

I only share brands that I personally use, without partnerships: ZAO Organic Makeup and Eclo Beauty.

In terms of ingredient quality and natural formulation, these brands are very similar.

They use:

  • only mineral pigments for color

  • 100% natural-origin ingredients

  • COSMOS Organic certified formulas

  • part of the ingredients sourced from organic farming

They also avoid silicones, petrochemical derivatives, nanoparticles, and other controversial components.

The only point to keep in mind with natural makeup is wear time: these products generally last slightly less than conventional makeup. This is normal, as they do not contain ultra-fixing components that could harm the skin. With small touch-ups if needed, the result remains very satisfying while respecting the skin’s balance.

FAQ Frequently asked questions

Can tools help reduce frown lines?

Some tools can stimulate circulation or provide a relaxing effect on the forehead. However, frown lines are often linked to deeper tension between the eyebrows, in the forehead or scalp. To act on these tensions, manual techniques are generally more effective.

Gua sha can help relax certain areas of the face, but it is not always suitable for very delicate areas such as between the eyebrows. In my approach, working with the hands allows more precise action on the tension responsible for this line.

Face cups can stimulate circulation and bring overall relaxation to the face. However, to release the specific tension linked to frown lines, manual techniques are often more targeted and effective.

Yes, absolutely. Manual work alone can already act on the muscles and fascia involved in this wrinkle. Tools can be used as a complement, but they are not essential.

Do you have questions about your skin or your wrinkles?

Understanding the origin of facial tension often allows you to act much more effectively on certain wrinkles, especially frown lines, and to adopt a routine truly adapted to your skin.
