After more than 10 years in the cosmetics industry, an allergic reaction led me to question everything I was putting on my skin.

I started looking for simpler, more skin-friendly solutions, with a desire to return to something more natural. My skin gradually rebalanced, but expression lines — especially frown lines between the eyebrows — remained clearly visible.

I didn’t want to rely on injections, so I turned to facial yoga.

At first, I explored, tested, and practiced consistently for over a year without seeing real results. Everything changed when I discovered the impact of working on the fascia. That’s when my frown lines truly started to soften.

I then chose to train in this deeper and more targeted approach to better understand how facial tension shapes our features over time.

Today, I help women reduce frown lines naturally and effectively by working on the underlying muscular and fascial tension — without freezing their expressions.
