After more than ten years working in the cosmetics industry, an allergic reaction to a skincare product led me to question what I was applying to my skin. I began searching for healthier and more respectful products, and that’s when I discovered Ringana. At first, I simply wanted to hydrate my skin better using more natural products, without imagining that it would mark the beginning of a deeper shift in the way I cared for myself.
Over time, my skin gradually rebalanced and my hormonal acne disappeared. But as I approached my forties, certain wrinkles began to appear, especially frown lines. My skin was improving, but this expression line remained clearly visible between my eyebrows.
I did not want to rely on injections to soften my frown lines. Face yoga then became a natural next step, allowing me to work where skincare products cannot intervene: the muscles and facial tension.
I first practiced on myself for over a year, testing different techniques and observing how my face responded. Some brought a sense of relaxation or more radiance to my skin, but I did not see any real change in my frown lines.
As I continued my research, I discovered deep myofascial work — these tissues that connect the muscles together. This approach was a true turning point: by releasing deeply stored tension — especially between the eyebrows — the face regains mobility and balance.
It is the only technique that truly transformed my face and visibly softened my frown lines.
Seeing these changes made me want to go further.
